Saturday 14th May
9.30am - 12.30pm

Participants of this workshop will also receive:

- A 15% discount on online Ayurveda Consultations with Amber. Read more here.

- A 10% discount off 55min and 20% discount off 85min Abhyanga ayurvedic massage.
  • In this webinar you will learn the basic philosophy of Ayurveda.
  • You will learn about the 5 elements that Ayurveda uses and how their qualities can be used as a road map to getting to know a person’s constitution. For example some body types are more oily, others more dry, some have difficulty losing weight, others difficulty gaining weight. Some when imbalanced have a tendency towards anger, others towards sadness or anxiety. All of this can be explained through the template constitutions of vata, pitta and kapha.
  • You will be given the tools to understand your unique constitution and how best to support it through diet and lifestyle choices.
